I have one but i cannot use any song as my ringing tone. Whenever i try it, it tells me my account cannot create the ringtune. I’m confused, i don’t understand. Please help me up.

Martina: its fantastic being free with the w810i you so much to liste to and the portable fm radio, its sooooooooo cool and bluetooth and the black color is so shiney and brillant and the mp3 player! and having so much connectivity! its amazing!
