Janata Bank. They said they will charge around 150 taka for this, but the only catch is that it would take 2-3 months. I didn’t check back with them since then, but I guess they have probably enchashed it by now.
Private banks charges a lot, not worth it for such a small amount.

I checked out with my bank today, the money is in my account already. I got 10,730 Taka against $158.17. Not bad!
