For the last one week or so, I’m going to bed at 6 in the morning and waking up at 4 in the evening. My usual of way of fixing my sleep cycle by keeping awake the whole day and then sleeping at night isn’t working. I tried Dormicum two nights and it isn’t working either.
It’s 4:34 in the morning right now and I’m awake. I’ve got an important work in the morning which I’m probably going to miss. Relaxen is my last hope.
