After checking out at three other banks I decided to open my new account at Brac Bank. Their fees are reasonable enough, has enough ATMs around the country, and more importantly their customer services is good. I’d rate them 3.5/5.
The Visa card that comes with the account is accepted on all QCash machines and of coarse on all shops where I buy stuffs from, so good for me.

These are government tax and all banks charge it. Paying Tk.15 on Q Cash machines is much better than paying Tk.150 on Dutch Bangla Machines.
You are right…BRAC Bank is clearly the best. Its a combination of modern banking with economical fees..very soothing for customers. No wonder they are known as the fastest growing bank in Bangladsh.
I think you are mistaken. ATM transactions are all free at all Dutch Bangla machines for Dutch Bangla customers. They also have the largest ATM network in Bangladesh and no hidden charges. (you'll soon find out about them at BRAC)
